| Our 4" 4-Plate Sight Glass Complete Moonshine Still is a beautiful distillation unit featuring 4 glass sections for 360° viewing. This complete unit includes 4 copper bubbles plates for distilling in reflux mode that can also be removed for pot distilling. Strong metal rods protect the glass and hold the unit together. The 4" dephlegmator controls a large amount of vapor, allowing for fast distillation--even on high-purity runs, and the "shotgun" condenser condenses vapor so efficiently that it is able to keep up even on fast stripping runs. Our 4-Plate Sight Glass Complete Moonshine Still also comes with a built-in inline parrot for convenient and constant proof readings. Unique Design: This modular design allows the distiller to take plates out of some or all of the sections to run spirits like whiskey, rum, and brandy where flavor carry over from the wash is important. This still will also produce high percentage neutral spirits like vodka by keeping all the plates in and by adding more sections. The liquor vapor fully reacts with the pure copper bubble plate, distilling layer by layer, effectively remove methanol and accurately remove fusel oil. Greatly improve wine quality, limpidity wine. 4x Pure Copper Bubble Plate: The primary purpose of copper in distillation is its catalytic effect on certain compounds, such as sulfur compounds. Copper helps to remove undesirable elements like sulfur-containing compounds, producing a cleaner and more refined spirit. This contributes to the overall purity and smoothness of the final product. Our column uses individual sections to allow for the greatest degree of versatility-run as few or as many sections as you need depending on what you are producing. The 360 degrees sight glasses give you a large viewing area to see the action taking place! Versatile Application: Depending on your preference, you can make different kinds of wine in the flute column distiller, such as grain liquor, rice wine, whiskey, brandy, fruit wine, grape wine, etc. It works with most of the boiler as long as it has the 4" triclover on the top. The kit comes with all the cooling water hose and quick disconnects to the distillery tower. |
