The Still Spirits Create+ Alembic Copper Dome & Condenser bundle is designed to produce high quality distilled water, hydrosols, and flavoursome spirits. When paired with any 30cm opening Boiler such as SZZ 25 Litres Boiler or Still Spirits Create+ Boiler 25 L or Grainfather G30*, the Alembic Condenser retains and enhances the flavours and aromas from a wash, making it ideal for crafting spirits like whiskey, bourbon, rum, and gin.
The Alembic Copper Condenser features a 2" tri-clamp connection and the dome comes with a 2" tri-clamp to DN40 Threaded Adapter for easy connection to 2" tri-clamp accessories, providing your customers with the ability to trial different distilling configurations.
The Alembic Condenser is also compatible with the Grainfather Alembic Condenser Attachment Kit and Distilling Lid*, it can convert a G40 or G70 into a Pot Still, making it suitable for distilling larger batches of all-grain spirits.
