A cartridge carbon filter. Fast, clean and easy to use. Specifically designed for the maximum purification of alcohol or water.The EZ Filter is the latest development in alcohol filtration. It uses a specially formulated solid activated carbon cartridge to remove unwanted flavours from distilled alcohol. Due to the compressed nature of the cartridges the alcohol is forced past a vast amount of active pores so filtration is assured. The Carbon Cartridges are best suited to quick filtration of alcohol from stills producing alcohol above 80% abv as well as spirit produced from triple Distilled Turbo from any still. This filter combines the research done on the Still Spirits Turbo Yeasts with the latest development on carbon purifying of distilled alcohol. The EZ Filter system uses the unique EZ Filter Carbon Cartridge, constructed from a specially formulated blend of carbons designed to deliver maximum performance. The system kit contains upper 10L reservoir, filter unit, filter cartridge, lower 10L reservoir unit, outlet. Extra 10X Cartridges and 20X Cartridge Washers This replacement pack comes with 10 x Carbon Cartridges for EZ filter and 20 filter washers. Laboratory tests prove that the carbon improves the spirit from the T500. It's important to still carbon treat when using the T500 in order to get the very highest quality finished spirit. The cartridge eliminates the need to handle powdered or granulated carbon. The cartridge's porous design allows the spirit or water to pass through and the unwanted flavours or chemicals to be absorbed by the activated carbon. It is fast, clean and easy to use. Each cartridge is suitable for one batch of alcohol from a 25L still or 300L of water. |
