This is a thief you'll actually want in your home! Sampling beer or wine is easy with this Wine Thief. Allows you to draw samples and take a hydrometer reading at the same time. Faster than using a regular test jar, it lets you return the wort to the fermenter with less risk of infection, cutting down on losing any of your finished product.

3. The ID of the wine thief is approx 22mm and the OD is approx 26mm. That will fit most of the hydrometer and also the fermenters.
Note: Sanitize the unit before use, then take a sample, reading and then return the sample back to the fermenter. This wine thief doesn’t fit smaller ½ to 1-gallon carboys
