Pure Distilling Premium Rum Yeast with glucoamalyse is a specialty yeast designed to produce typical rum flavours by fermenting at high temperatures up to 35 degrees C. Use with 6kg sugar or for best results use 2.5kg of Molasses and 4kg sugar.
