Instruction
After receiving the bucket, please fill the bucket with water as soon as possible, and then soak it until there is no leakage. Place the waterproof bucket in a ventilated place for about 3 days to remove the smell of oak baking or surface varnish. The bucket is ready.
Prepare in a wine barrel. Invert the water in the barrel until the ladle is dry. Control the barrel for 2-3 hours and dry. The residual moisture on the surface of the barrel will naturally evaporate the plate. The oak barrel cannot be emptied for too long, which may cause leakage.
According to the capacity of oak barrels and the degree of water shortage, the general infiltration time is about 2-7 days, and pay attention to changing the fresh water every two days during this period.
The inside of the barrel has been sterilized at high temperature, it is recommended to rinse with water several times.
High-level liquor can rinse the bactericide on the inner wall, and no detergent can be used.
These barrels are ideal for home use or commercial applications. The coke inside the oak is perfect and can slowly release the natural flavor and aroma of the wood into the beverage of your choice, be it wine, whiskey, other spirits, or even non-alcoholic beverages such as Selzer beer and soda.
